Meet the team
Property Management has been at the forefront of my Real Estate Career. Being a Property Manager, Business Development Manager and Supervisor of an effective Real Estate Team thrust me into the world of property.
Simultaneously delving into Property Sales compliments my knowledge. This is my 10th year in Real Estate and I am passionate and enthusiastic in developing, growing and loving Savvy Estates. Over the last 4 years I have achieved fabulous sales results for clients and sold over 90 properties.
Having a love of all things property and a complete understanding of the industry drives me forward. Successfully attaining goals for clients in property management and sales is my absolute priority.
I entered the Real Estate industry over 6 years ago and started my career in trust accounting. I am enthusiastic in all facets of property, finding the job exciting and enjoy learning new skills.
Working as a Property Manager means I understand investor needs. Starting with advertising a property, lease management and final inspections. Operating cloud-based software for owner payments and trust accounting ensures efficient processes to clients.
More recently I completed training in Sales and am now a licenced Sales Representative. Being diverse in my experience and qualifications enables me to work with owners, vendors, tenants and suppliers easily. Meeting new people on a daily basis provides new prospects and interest in my career. I am proud to start at Savvy Estates from the outset and look forward to our growth and success.
Cassandra has experienced fabulous varied roles within the real estate industry for the last 15 years. A consummate professional in her field, she enjoys the daily adventures of Property Management.
Having a complete understanding of the complexities of the Residential Tenancies Act ensures her clients are well versed in their responsibilities. Always striving for a win/win result requires excellent negotiation skills that come with experience. Rent providers are confident their valuable asset is leased at best market value as Cassandra strives for investors to capitalise on their properties.
Obtaining her Certificate IV in Property Services now completes her career path, with the ability and knowledge to sell homes for clients.
